Who is responsible for your information
Til-Ex Ltd is responsible for personal information collected through this website. You can contact us at [email protected], on 01924 265 331, or at Grove Works, Healey Road, Ossett, West Yorkshire, WF5 8LN.
Information we collect
If you use our contact form, we collect the name, email address and message you provide. Our website and security services may also process technical information such as your IP address, browser type, request time and security signals used to prevent spam and misuse.
How and why we use it
We use your information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, arrange site visits, manage requested work, keep the website secure and meet legal or regulatory requirements. We rely on our legitimate interests in operating and protecting our business, steps you ask us to take before entering a contract, performance of a contract, and legal obligations where applicable. We do not sell contact-form information or use it for unrelated advertising.
Service providers
We use Twilio SendGrid to deliver contact-form emails. Cloudflare helps deliver and protect the website, including bot management across the site and Turnstile protection on the contact form. Our hosting provider processes the website requests needed to operate the site. Google supplies font files used across the site and an embedded map on the contact page, and may receive technical request information such as your IP address and browser details when those resources load. These providers process information under their own security and privacy terms and, where required, appropriate international data-transfer safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a quotation or contract, resolve disputes and meet legal, accounting or regulatory requirements. Retention depends on whether an enquiry leads to work and the nature of that work. We periodically review information that is no longer required.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict the use of your personal information, to object to certain uses, and to receive information in a portable format. Contact us using the details above to make a request. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (opens in a new tab) .
